This weekly class gives you time and space to bond with your baby and prepare for its birth, through gentle movement, relaxation and breathing techniques in a friendly, safe and nurturing environment. It is a wonderful opportunity to share with other mums-to-be and gain a range of skills that will support you during pregnancy, labour and beyond. Pregnancy naturally has a profound effect upon the body at all levels, which can be both wonderful and challenging. Yoga helps support you during this special time to cope with those changes and maintain health and well-being.
It is suitable from 14 weeks onwards, and women tend to stay for the duration of their pregnancy to gain full benefit. Classes are ongoing and booked in blocks of six consecutive sessions, until your last 2-3 weeks when you pay on the evening. No previous yoga experience is required and you are welcome to join us, by arrangement for a taster session to see what it is like before committing to a block of sessions.
